Each individual is only permitted one (1) Billon Club account only. Holding more than one account — whether in your own name or using another person's information — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Billon Club reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and withhold any balances or winnings held within them pending the outcome of an investigation.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Deposits, Withdrawals & Fund Management

Billon Club supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian players:

• Digital Transfer: DuitNow
• FPX Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other supported Malaysian banks

Deposit and withdrawal limits are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 per transaction
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction
• Deposit processing time: Within 30 seconds of payment confirmation
• Withdrawal processing time: 15 to 30 minutes for e-wallet methods; up to 1 business day for FPX bank transfer

The withdrawal method must match or be equivalent to the deposit method used. This is a standard security measure designed to prevent money laundering and protect the interests of all parties. For example, if you made a deposit via Touch 'n Go eWallet, the withdrawal must be made to the same Touch 'n Go account.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

All Billon Club bonuses and promotions are subject to the following terms:

• Validity Period: All bonuses have a validity period. Unused bonuses or wagering requirements not fulfilled within the stipulated period will be automatically forfeited.
• One Active Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Betting Limits While a Bonus Is Active: While a bonus is active, the maximum single bet limit is RM 50 or 10% of the bonus value, whichever is lower, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and Live Casino games may contribute less, such as 10% or 20%.

Billon Club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will result in all bonuses being voided and the account being closed.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on Billon Club are subject to the game rules established for each sports category and casino game. It is the player's responsibility to understand the rules of each game before placing a bet.

For Sports Betting at Billon Club, the general rules are as follows:

• Confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled except in the event of a technical issue acknowledged by Billon Club.
• The odds used to calculate winnings are those in effect at the time the bet is confirmed — not at the time the request was submitted.
• Billon Club reserves the right to void bets placed based on odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical error or data fault.
• For postponed or cancelled matches, bets are generally refunded unless the match resumes within 48 hours and the relevant league rules state otherwise.
• The maximum winning limit for a single bet is RM 50,000 unless otherwise stated for a specific match or market.

For Live Casino and standard casino games at Billon Club, all outcomes generated by the system or dealer are final. Any disputes regarding game results must be submitted within 24 hours of the session ending through Billon Club's official support channels.

Billon Club uses game and software providers that are independently audited by recognised third-party bodies to ensure genuine fairness and randomness. Complete records of every game are retained and can be produced in the event of a valid dispute.

Prohibited Activities & Account Closure

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Billon Club platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all winnings:

• Using bots, automation software, scripts, or any other technology to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Owning or operating more than one Billon Club account, whether under your own name or using another person's information.
• Abusing the bonus or promotion system in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the offer.
